The Musicians of the Nashville Symphony wish to pay tribute to the incredible legacy of Martha Ingram, who sadly passed away last week.

Our orchestra would not be what it is today without her generosity, support, and leadership. Martha spent countless hours serving on the Board of Directors and numerous committees, meeting with community leaders, and championing the Nashville Symphony. She helped plan our first tour to Carnegie Hall and traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe to visit concert halls and help shape the vision for our own.

We will always remember seeing Martha at our concerts and feeling her deep love for symphonic music. Thank you, Martha, for helping build our wonderful hall, for believing in our orchestra, and for making the Nashville Symphony what it is today.
